Sustainet is funded by the German Ministry of Economic Co-operation (and advised by the German Ministry of Consumer Protection, Food, and Agriculture. (acronym for: Susainatable Agriculture Information Network") Started in 2003 by the German government's Sustainability Council. Equal partners are These 3 non-governmental organizations: Bread for the World, German Agro-Action, Misereo. And the German Agency for Technical Cooperation. (pages 10-11)
