Rates of Mental illness rise in more unequal countries


New internationalist reports in a graph that high mental illness rates are tied to high income inequality. for example countries like Japan, Germany and Spain which have low to medium income inequality show only 10% mental illness. Countries such as the US, Britain and Australia with medium to high income inequality show 25% of mental illness.
