If all grain fed to U.S. livestock was fed to humans, 800 million fewer would be hungry


"Indeed, as far back as 1997, Cornell ecologist David Pimentel published "Livestock Production: Energy Inputs and the Environment," in which he stated that if all the grain fed to farm animals in the US alone was fed directly to humans, there would be enough to meet the needs of 800 million more people."
