"The Olive Garden restaurant chain, wanting its customers to order less water and more of other beverages, worked with Coca-Cola to develop the H2No program. Crew education kits trained Olive Garden staff on "beverage suggestive selling techniques," restaurants showed significant increases in beverage sales along with "reduced tap-water incidence."
