For 1970 input: World + (Total), 1970, Food (PIN) + (Total), Net per capita Production Index Number (2004-2006=100) = 76.85

for percent increase between 19770 and 2011 109.62 - 76.85 = 32.77 32.77 / 76.85 = 0.43 or 43% increase since 1970

For % increase from 1990 to 2011: 1990 = 86.89 2011 109.62. Difference 22.73 (26% INCREASE between 1990 and 2011)
